Where It All Began
In October 2000, while recovering from a Heart -Bypass Operation, our Founder Rene Jose B. Stuart del Rosario (Lolo Rene) was left with only P28,000, pots and pans, and an old, assembled car. As he could no longer do business as stressful and laborious as before, our hero Lolo Rene did not allow life to beat him down. Lolo Rene stuck with his entrepreneurial spirit, and his created products based on what he knew, and using whatever he had left.
Rene Jose B. Stuart del Rosario labored in developing products previously inexistent in the market. Backed by years of experience in the restaurant and food manufacturing industry, and a natural gift of creativity, Rene was able to create unique products one after the other. His masterpiece, Suka Pinakurat™®© was the break that he needed.

Green pointing to mother nature, Gold pointing to something of great value, Gourmet Foods pointing to Quality Food. Green Gold Gourmet Foods; a sole proprietorship business, stands for the manufacturing of products from Mother Nature into Quality Food of great value.
Green Gold Gourmet Foods, Inc. is a medium-sized company, homegrown and based in based in Iligan City. It is owned by the Stuart del Rosario Family. The company is primarily a condiment, food and beverage manufacturing concern with investments in real estate.
We are the proud makers of several innovative, and unique food products foremost of which is “Suka Pinakurat™®©”, along with Waykurat™®© and Kuratsoy™®©.
We are also the proud owners of Fat Pauly’s™® Hand crafted Ales and Lagers- the oldest surviving Craft Brewery in the Philippines, and Delisario™® Craft Meats and sausages.

The Corporation
GREEN GOLD GOURMET FOODS, INC.
Founded by Rene Jose B. Stuart del Rosario Sr., along with members of his family- wife Donna C. Stuart del Rosario and sons Atty. Rendo, Rene Jose Jr. Paul, and Reinard Donn. The business was incorporated on August 1, 2008 with an initial capital of P750,000.00, and officially commenced commercial Operation on January 1, 2012. It currently has a fully paid up capital of P50 million, with plans of increasing capitalization to P100 million.
Corporate Social Responsibility
Green Gold Gourmet is a socially responsible business enterprise. It currently provides employment to 86 workers, fully compliant with our labor laws. It also provides economic opportunities for 45 bottle washers, and 36 spice peelers, which are outsourced in favor of the community.
The Company also engages with 105 coconut sap tappers, who traditionally occupy one of the least lucrative industry among the agricultural folks. The Company changed that model as they now earn much more than salaried workers. Supply agreements with Green Gold Gourmet has assured the farmers of a steady market for their produce and a substantially better life for their families.
In addition to all these, the Company sources its Chilis from the hinterlands of Iligan, Misamis Oriental, Lanao del Norte and Lano del Sur. Some of these being conflict areas which are slowly working its way towards peace.
Environmental Responsibility
Green Gold Gourmet has long committed to having environmentally sound product and practice, with the least size of environmental footprint.
Our packaging is made from recycled bottles and carton boxes. The Company has zero air emission, and very limited solid waste and wastewater. Recyclable Solid Waste are sold as scrap, while non-recyclable Solid wastes are used as fertilizer in partner farms. Wastewater is treated by a wastewater treatment facility.
The Company further committed to solar energy and has invested for its warehouse and sales office. However it could not do the same for its factory due to unfavorable conditions with the community. The Community burns its garbage, leaves, and grasses as well as manufacture Coconut Charcoal, which contribute to soot being accumulated in the factory’s roofing.

Delisario™® Craft Meats
Delisario™® is a Brand Name of Craft Meats and Sausages developed by Green Gold Gourmet Foods, Inc. of Iligan City, on March 21 2017. It is a product of hard research and development by Rene Jose C. Stuart del Rosario Jr., of Iligan City, as guided by the Stuart del Rosario Family.
Fat Pauly’s™® Hand – Crafted Ales and Lagers
The Brand “Fat Pauly’s” came from the name of one of its founders Paul “Pauly” C. Stuart del Rosario, who is heavily built. The statue of the boy taking a pee was inspired by the famous Manequin Piss of Belgium, which has an awe-inspiring beer culture.
